چکیده

Single crystals of tris(2,3,4,6,7,8,9,10-octahydropyrimido[1,2- a ]azepin-1-ium) tri-μ 2 -iodido-bis[triiodidobismuth(III)], (C 9 H 17 N ) 3 [Bi I ], were prepared by solvothermal method, heating mixture BiI , KI, 1,8-diazabicyclo[5.4.0]undec-7-ene (DBU) and ethanol at 443 K for six days. The asymmetric unit the title compound, which crystallizes in monoclinic space group P 1 / c contains one ] 3− anion three protonated DBUH + moieties. dinuclear anions, are composed face-sharing 6 octahedra, packed columns parallel to [010] direction, separated optical band gap 7 Bi is 2.1 eV.
